Empowering brands through powerful stories with compelling visuals, Hypemaker’s clients encompass a wide range of industries, such as fashion, lifestyle, automotive, tech, FMCG and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist line manager in project administration in a proactive, accurate and timely manner.
  • Collect competitive research and prepare reports.
  • Handle clients and vendors’ financial and payment process.
  • Set up meeting, prepare agenda, and take meeting minutes to eusure all parties are on the same page of project status.

Requirements:

  • Major in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or relevant areas.
  • Passionate to advertising and media industry.
  • Internet savvy and familiar with fashion, beauty, sportswear and youth culture.
  • Be able to multi-task.
  • Highly detail orientated, be able to handle complicated projects with clear mind.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and Keynote.
  • Fluent in mandarin Chinese and fluent in written & oral English.
