About the Role:
You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and finance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and collaborating cross-functionally across departments and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate weekly vendor payments by proactively engaging with internal stakeholders and management.
- Maintain and update the cash flow workpaper to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Initiate and manage inter-company fund transfers as required.
- Follow up on and seek approvals for outstanding vendor invoices.
- Manage the AP inboxes and respond to supplier queries when necessary.
- Perform corporate credit card reconciliations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Review and approve Concur expense reports, and process employee expense reimbursements accurately and promptly.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
- Manage prepayment amortization and recurring expense accruals.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Assist in the review of GL accounts to identify and investigate unusual variances.
- Manage a range of ad-hoc responsibilities and assignments at the direction of management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience of 4–7 years in related functions.
- Strong proficiency with Excel, including formulas and reconciliation tools.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- High attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
