Our client is a leading Australian education provider in the creative industries sector. With a collaborative and innovative environment, they offer a range of degrees and diplomas across music, film, animation, entertainment business, game design, and more.
They are now seeking an Administration & Customer Service Officer to support both academic administration and operational tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Academic & Admin Support
- Build and maintain LMS (Plato) course shells
- Link grading rubrics and manage submission portals
- Track attendance, results entry, and ensure data accuracy
- Provide timetabling support and manage submission deadlines
Finance & Operations
- Prepare and process invoices and contracts
- Coordinate flight bookings and expense processing
- Reconcile AMEX transactions
General Administration & Customer Service
Respond to internal/external queries via phone and email
Support People & Culture and academic admin teams
Ensure data accuracy in LMS, timetables, and academic records
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
High computer literacy β quick to learn new systems
Experience with LMS platforms (Plato preferred but not required)
Familiarity with invoicing and financial reconciliation
Previous experience in admin or academic support roles
Friendly, collaborative, and professional approach
