You’re our perfect candidate if you:

● Handling office management tasks: Ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and assisting with general office duties.

● Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, correspondence and preparing documents.

● File Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files.

● Confidential Information: Handling sensitive information with discretion.

● Coordination: Collaborating with other departments (for example Legal and Finance Team based in Spain) and partners (Legal, Tax and accounting advisors based in US) to ensure efficient communication and workflow.

Your expertise in a nutshell:

● Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a similar position.

● Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken),

● Manage multiple priorities in an organized and efficient way.

● Demonstrated computer literacy (Office and Google Tools).

● Accurate with excellent attention to detail.

● Approachable and professional with the ability to get on with people at all levels.

● Aptitude to work in cross-functional teams. Comfortable working both independently and collaborating with teams.

You’ll have the flexibility to choose whether you’d like to come to the office every day, from time to time, or work fully remote. We want you to find the best combination for you.
