Pavago is seeking a results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to lead paid search campaigns that drive lead generation. This role blends data-driven execution with strategic optimization, focusing on the Google Ads ecosystem. From campaign planning and keyword targeting to AI-powered optimizations and conversion tracking, you’ll play a critical role in how our clients attract and convert high-intent leads.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns . Set clear goals, budgets, and bidding strategies. Optimize performance using Google Ads, Analytics, and AI-supported tools to improve CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
- AI & Performance Tools: Leverage AI platforms to speed up keyword research, ad copy generation, A/B testing, and reporting. Use automation to scale what works and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Targeting & Retargeting: Build and manage high-intent audiences using CRM data, behavior insights, and platform tools. Implement smart retargeting strategies to re-engage qualified prospects.
- Landing Page Alignment: Ensure landing pages align with ad messaging and user intent. Recommend layout, copy, and CTA improvements to drive conversions and reduce bounce rates.
- Creatives & Messaging: Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives. Tailor messaging to funnel stages and audience segments using responsive and dynamic formats.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Deliver concise, actionable reports with performance insights and growth opportunities. Communicate regularly with internal teams via Slack, Meet, and project tools to keep campaigns aligned with client goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 years in digital marketing with a core focus on Google Ads and lead generation.
- Proven experience managing performance-focused campaigns across multiple verticals.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, ad testing frameworks, and conversion tracking.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and keyword planning tools.
- Experience using AI tools for campaign management, copywriting, and optimization tasks.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
You start the day reviewing Slack messages and campaign alerts. After syncing with the team, you review analytics dashboards to identify optimization opportunities. Then it’s onto adjusting bidding strategies, refining keywords, or testing new ad variants using AI tools. You might update a client on results and collaborate with the creative team on fresh copy. You finish the day documenting your work and sharing insights or ideas for scaling what’s working.
