Pavago is seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate is experienced in AI-driven automation, has a strong background in web development and workflow design, and thrives in fast-paced, evolving technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Automation Design: Map out internal processes and design automated workflows leveraging AI to optimize daily tasks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor AI automation systems, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
  • Integration Management: Seamlessly integrate multiple AI platforms and third-party APIs, including Google Workspace and various AI tools.
  • Workflow Optimization: Work closely with stakeholders to understand pain points and develop scalable, automated solutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of automation workflows, performance metrics, and updates for internal use.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience: at least 1 year of experience working with AI technologies, and at least 2 years of experience in workflow automation platforms and related tools.
  • Automation Tools: Strong proficiency with workflow platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Bolt.new, and similar tools.
  • AI Platforms: Hands-on experience with frameworks and models such as Claude, Cursor, and other emerging AI technologies.
  • Web Development: Solid understanding of web development fundamentals.
  • API Integration: Strong knowledge of Google APIs, Google Workspace, and Google Console integrations.
  • Technical Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize in dynamic environments.

Regular monitoring and performance optimization will be key, as will collaboration with teams to troubleshoot and scale automation efforts that drive measurable business value.
