In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on Meta (Facebook), Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with creative thinking to deliver measurable ROI for their diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective paid social media strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences
  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook), Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms
  • Create, test, and refine audience targeting to maximize campaign performance
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and spending to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creative, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and create comprehensive reports with actionable insights
  • Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in paid social advertising
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
  • Provide recommendations for campaign improvements based on data analysis
  • Manage multiple campaigns and client priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

  • Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns, specifically on Meta (Facebook), Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media advertising strategies that deliver measurable results
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and performance analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • Familiarity with tracking technologies, conversion tracking, and attribution models
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with additional paid social platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking/analytics tools
  • Understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Experience with creative development and design principles for social advertising
  • Certification in Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, or other relevant platforms
  • Experience working in an agency environment with multiple clients across various industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
