ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager, you will play an important role in strengthening our marketing team by driving our affiliate marketing strategy and managing partnerships with key TikTok creators and influencers. You will oversee the execution of our affiliate program, ensuring alignment with brand objectives to drive sales and maximize reach, while building a network of top-tier affiliates and providing them with the necessary resources to succeed. Additionally, you will track performance metrics to continuously optimize the affiliate strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, launch, and manage a comprehensive TikTok Shop affiliate marketing program that drives traffic and sales through a robust recruitment strategy targeting aligned creators and influencers, while establishing commission structures and performance incentives to motivate affiliates for high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Identify and onboard TikTok creators, influencers, and micro-influencers to promote products for the TikTok Shop, while building strong relationships with affiliates through outreach, negotiation of competitive agreements, and scouting emerging influencers whose audiences align with our brand values and target demographics.
  • Collaborate with affiliates to develop high-impact promotional campaigns that are authentic and engaging, provide them with the necessary tools and guidance to align their content with our brand image, and serve as the main point of contact for ongoing support to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate campaign performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, using data to optimize partnerships, adjust strategies for maximum ROI, and regularly review the program’s structure and incentives to attract top talent and enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with affiliates to develop creative content that effectively promotes our TikTok Shop products, including shoppable videos and live streams, while ensuring alignment with ongoing promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns for cohesive and timely execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates and creators to foster mutually beneficial partnerships, providing exclusive opportunities like early product releases and higher commission rates, while regularly engaging with them to understand their needs and ensure their success in promoting the TikTok Shop.
  • Manage affiliate tracking tools to ensure accurate link tracking, commission calculations, and timely payouts, while generating comprehensive performance reports with insights on traffic, sales, and ROI to inform strategic decisions and staying updated on the latest affiliate marketing tools and trends for continuous program improvement.
  • Ensure all affiliate partnerships comply with TikTok’s platform policies and advertising regulations, monitor affiliate content for adherence to brand guidelines, and promptly address any issues, disputes, or concerns to maintain brand integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, specifically in social commerce and TikTok Shop.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and optimize affiliate partnerships with content creators and influencers.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok as a content and commerce platform, including best practices for affiliate content, campaign management, and traffic generation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of managing multiple partnerships and maintaining strong affiliate relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools to track performance metrics and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product development, for cohesive campaign execution.
  • Passion for social media marketing and e-commerce, with a deep understanding of TikTok’s evolving trends and their impact on affiliate marketing.
