About the team
We are the Marketing Team. We are driving growth in a sustainable way with the aim to become the leading marketplace for gamers. We obsess over merging data-driven optimization, entertainment and creativity. None of our day to day activities could do without either of those, as we build the strong, fun, and trustworthy brand that is Eneba. Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of strategic execution, driving initiatives from planning to measurable impact.
- Build and grow a network of partners, including affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with new partners to ensure long-term collaboration and strong performance.
- Track and analyze affiliate activity and campaign results, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize and scale the program.
- Negotiate partnership terms, including campaign models and pricing structures, to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams and game publishers to ensure affiliate strategies align with overall business growth and user acquisition goals.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to extract actionable insights and proactively adjust strategies for a leading market position.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Comfortable initiating and managing negotiations, with a proven ability to build strong affiliate relationships from the ground up.
- Demonstrated success in managing large volumes of partners while maintaining quality and performance.
- Self-driven and adaptable, eager to learn and expand domain knowledge as business needs evolve.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-first mindset, with the confidence to take initiative and seek team support when needed.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Mixpanel or similar), with a strong focus on user event analysis to drive performance decisions.
- Familiarity with website intelligence and SEO tools like Similarweb, Ahrefs, or equivalent.
- Genuine interest in the mobile gaming industry, including its trends, audience behavior, and growth dynamics.

\* Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
\* We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
