Responsibilities
- Proactively identify new game influencers across platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Discord using internet databases and game-specific targeting criteria.
- Build and maintain organized influencer databases by collecting and verifying essential information from both internal and external sources.
- Audit and refine the existing influencer database by evaluating partner activity, sourcing accurate contact information, categorizing channels by gaming genre, and flagging inactive profiles.
- Negotiate and close deals with influencers, tailoring terms based on individual channel performance and audience potential.
- Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with influencers to ensure long-term collaboration and growth.
- Monitor and analyze influencer performance, making data-driven decisions on renewals, scaling, or discontinuing partnerships based on campaign results.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with influencers, particularly in the mobile gaming space, to support long-term strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Specialist role or a similar position.
- Proven experience in managing influencer relationships - from sourcing and outreach, to contract negotiation, campaign execution, and performance evaluation using key metrics.
- Strong understanding of and interest in social media platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Discord, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, Facebook, and others.
- Passion for marketing, with bonus points for deep knowledge of the mobile gaming industry.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics.
- Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in key performance metrics, especially ROAS; capable of analyzing results and translating them into actionable improvements.
- Quick, strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills.
€32,496 - €35,748 a year
Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
