Job description

CourtAvenue is a company of industry experts accelerating digital transformation for the worldโ€™s most ambitious companies.

At CourtAvenue, you will be a part of a culture powered by entrepreneurs, technologists, data scientists and the habitually restless dedicated and energized to design products and services that transform businesses while optimizing them for growth. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a culture that values innovation while focusing on redesigning the experience between consumer and service (or product) by leveraging a fluid, seamless, and thoroughly transparent engagement.

A CourtAvenue AI Business Analyst / Product Manager is part of the AI & Emerging Technology team focused on shaping and delivering transformational AI products and strategies for our clients. You will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on product owner, helping to envision, define, and build proprietary AI products such as Genjo, TeamLM, and LumaChat. This role combines business analysis, product management, and client partnershipโ€”requiring someone who is curious, analytical, and comfortable working across disciplines to bring innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, uncover challenges, and identify opportunities where AI can drive measurable impact.
  • Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to define clear goals, success metrics, and solution approaches.
  • Translate business needs into actionable strategies, user stories, and technical requirements.
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional teamsโ€”including engineering, data science, and designโ€”through ideation, development, testing, and launch.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product initiatives, communicating progress, risks, and decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and pilot programs to showcase capabilities and validate solutions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, trends, and competitive products to inform strategy and inspire innovation.
  • Monitor solution performance and adoption post-launch, gathering insights and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or strategy rolesโ€”ideally with exposure to AI, data, or software products.
  • Proven experience translating complex business challenges into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including NLP, large language models, and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to clients and collaborating across teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter with a curious mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Other details

  • Full-time position, primarily remote.
  • Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (also in Austin, TX).
  • Full benefits package (medical, dental, and vision coverage starting the first of the month after the date of hire).

$105,000 - $130,000 a year

Final salary will be dependent on total related experience
