We’re looking for a AI Marketing Technologist to join our Marketing team in. You will architect, build and deploy AI-driven tools and workflows that unlock insights, automate processes and scale experimentation across the organization.  As part of the AI Marketing Pod, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams, especially our Marketing Automation, IS and Data teams, to evaluate new tools, perform rigorous analyses, and turn fragmented data into integrated, intelligent systems that fuel customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

What you’ll be doing:

  • AI Tooling & Workflow Automation Build and deploy internal AI automations and prompt-driven workflows to streamline insight gathering, simulate customer scenarios, analyze Gong and ChurnZero data, and scale internal research.
  • AI Agent Deployment & Configuration Oversee setup and configuration of AI agents using low-code/no-code platforms. Ensure agents are properly “trained” or configured for text analysis, semantic search and real-time insights without deep technical intervention. Establish feedback loops to monitor performance and continually refine outputs based on stakeholder input.
  • Experimentation & Insights Partner with Go To Market stakeholders to design fast, structured tests for messaging, targeting and full-funnel optimization—from acquisition through expansion and churn.
  • Prototype to Production Rapidly spin up proof-of-concepts (POCs) that mature into reliable internal tools, dashboards and integrations.
  • Process Optimization Identify GTM inefficiencies and, in collaboration with our IS team, deploy AI or automation to remove bottlenecks, improve speed-to-insight and reduce manual effort.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting Work hand-in-hand with the Data team to ingest, model and analyze large, complex data sets; extract key findings; craft expert summaries; and distribute actionable insights.
  • AI Education & Enablement Train and support marketing teammates on emerging AI tools; build documentation and onboarding paths to drive adoption.
  • Tool & Trend Evaluation Monitor new AI and MarTech trends. In collaboration with IS, evaluate and pilot tools for personalized outreach, creative testing and behavior-triggered campaigns.

What you need to bring:

  • Hands-on technical skills: Strong Python experience and proven ability to build scripts, workflows or prototypes using platforms like AirOps, RelevanceAI, HumanFirst or Zapier.
  • Platform fluency: Familiarity integrating with Salesforce, ChurnZero and Gong.
  • GTM savvy: Solid understanding of go-to-market strategy, product marketing principles and customer lifecycle analytics.
  • AI in marketing: Track record operationalizing AI in lead scoring, insight extraction or campaign automation.
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to synthesize data, design experiments and communicate insights clearly across teams.
  • Generative AI expertise: Experience in prompt engineering and leveraging large-language models for content, research and insights.
  • Collaboration: Proven background working across seniority levels and skill sets (Marketing, P&T, Sales, IS, Data) to enable rapid experimentation and learning loops.
  • BI & dashboarding: Experience with Looker or similar tools is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude: A bias for action and the ability to influence stakeholders to drive tangible business outcomes.
