The Role
We are looking for a Head of Talent Growth to own and scale talent-side growth initiatives across multiple channels. This is a senior, high-impact role that involves building and leading cross-functional programs that drive the supply of high-quality talent to Turing. and partner closely with business leaders across Product, Data, Ops, and Marketing.
This role is ideal for a “Swiss army knife” growth operator—someone who thrives in experimentation, moves fast, is deeply analytical, and can balance short-term execution with long-term strategy.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute growth strategy across multiple channels:
- Operational (e.g., outbound sourcing teams, ambassador/influencer programs, partnerships)
- Marketing (e.g., performance marketing, brand initiatives, lifecycle engagement)
- Product (e.g., referrals, improving funnel)
Design and run experiments to identify and scale effective acquisition and activation strategies for talent across Turing’s business units.
Lead and inspire diverse teams across functions and geographies, including international growth operators and marketers.
Balance high-velocity, tactical initiatives (short-term hacks) with long-term programs that build durable, compounding growth loops.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Ops, and Data teams to implement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
We’re Excited If You Are:
- Experienced in multi-channel growth, especially in a marketplace or consumer tech environment.
- Highly analytical – you love metrics, know your way around dashboards, and make decisions rooted in data.
- Execution-focused – fast-moving, scrappy, and able to thrive in ambiguity with a strong bias for action.
- Skilled at balancing urgency vs. long-term value, with a clear sense of prioritization.
- A team builder and cross-cultural leader, comfortable managing diverse remote teams.
- A global mindset—you understand that tactics that work in the U.S. don’t always work elsewhere, and you’re energized by localizing for different markets. Experience in international marketing is a plus.
- A strong point of view on using AI, automation, and novel hacks to unlock new growth
Preferred Background:
- 7–10+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a demonstrable track record of hitting ambitious targets in fast-paced environments.
- 10+ years of experience specifically in growth, product marketing, or generalist operating roles.
- Prior experience in high-growth marketplaces, B2C, or talent platforms is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience of managing diverse growth teams.
- Background in a fast-paced environment such as a high growth tech startup.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees are a plus.
Advantages of joining Turing:
- Amazing work culture (Super collaborative & supportive work environment; 5 days a week)
- Awesome colleagues (Surround yourself with top talent from Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc. as well as people with deep startup experience)
- Competitive compensation
- Flexible working hours
- Full-time remote opportunity
