Job Description
Purpose
Intelerad is a leading global provider of enterprise imaging solutions. We are seeking an Applications & Workflow Consultant II who is responsible for successfully conducting Applications and Workflow analysis, design, implementation & configuration, training and optimization for Radiology and/or Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions. The role will require current and future state Workflow Analysis, designing of future Workflow, determining and implementing applications optimization and configuration needs based on best practice methodologies and development and delivery of training plans for clinical and technical healthcare IT customer stakeholders including both super users and end users and will require mentoring of Applications & Workflow Consultant I roles. This role will identify, file and follow-up on product features and issue requests associated with project implementations and be proactively involved in change management processes related to customer projects.
The focus and mission of this role is to deliver analysis, planning and implementation of workflow design and consulting as required and planning and delivery of training to customers so that they achieve the desired results at all stages of their journey with our products, realizing the full value of our software and services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive current state workflow analyses and design future state workflows that optimize efficiency and effectiveness for healthcare providers.
- Develop customized training plans and requirements documentation, and deliver engaging training sessions to super users and end users that ensure successful adoption.
- Design Future State Workflow (including System Workflow and Department Process Workflow)
- Leverage your expertise to determine application optimization needs and provide customers with industry best practice methodologies.
- Configure and work with 3rd party vendors to integrate solutions through published APIs.
- Verify configuration and integrations and support the client with workflow and end-to-end testing of the solution.
- Analyze unique configurations of customer sites and customize processes and training accordingly.
- Develop training plans and documentation.
- Provide Application Training and support to other staff from other groups as required.
- Coordinate and provide Super User application training.
- Ensure that course completion certificates are supplied to customer sites in a timely manner
- Ensure that all Super Users can train customer End Users and understand any unique customer site requirements
- Prepare and bring the client “live” on the new solution, provide go-live support and post live support.
- Proactively involved in change management processes related to implementations.
- Act as support for pre-sales technical processes, including but not limited to gateway installs and technical requirements reviews.
- Identify, File and Follow-up Product Features and issue requests during implementation.
- Adapting and meeting the expectations of challenging customers.
- Utilize SQL language knowledge for internal reporting and customer reports upon request.
- Guide and support Applications and Workflow Consultant I team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow professionally.
- When required, participate in discovery calls for scoping new projects.
- Work collaboratively with the team as well as other teams within the organization.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Science, or Education; and/or Certified Radiology Technologist; or 2-4 years of experience in Radiology or Cardiology
- 2-4 years of experience in Healthcare or IT related roles
- Knowledge of enterprise-level Radiology and/or Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Experience configuring/troubleshooting networks with understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, etc.
- Adaptability to work with diverse customer needs and challenging environments
- Eligibility for Department of Defense clearance where required
Travel Requirements
- Availability to travel up to 25% of the time with a valid passport (or ability to obtain one)
