Job description
We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Architect who knows the ins and outs of New York City multifamily projects like the back of their hand. The candidate must have 5+ years of experience, have mastered the art of CD sets, and can use Revit software.
Job Responsibilities:
Leading the charge on multifamily residential projects in NYC.
Creating high-quality Construction Document (CD) sets that are clean, and compliant.
Collaborating with a talented team while working 100% remotely
Managing design and documentation through Revit software.
Navigating NYC building codes and zoning with ease
Registered Architect
5+ years of architectural experience
Strong background in multifamily projects in New York City is a must
Expertise in Revit
Experience producing CD sets independently
Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality work in a remote setting
