Requirements
- Security-cleared Professional
- At least 7 years of experience on active construction sites
- Experience using software like AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of tracking progress on construction by utilizing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and project plans
- Detail Oriented
- Knowledgeable about all aspects of a typical construction project lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Personal Identification Verification (PIV) badge
- Active ProjNet account and knowledge of DR Checks and the OBO IDR Review Process
