This is a remote position. You can work from anywhere in the world in the CET timezone (9 a.m. - 6 p.m. CET).
About the role
We are looking for an ASO Lead to join our team and support all the games from our portfolio, as well as managing our team of ASO Specialists. If you enjoy creative thinking and devising problem-solving abilities to create innovative ASO strategies, then we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ASO strategies to optimize app visibility and conversion rates on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Develop and implement strategies for Promo content events across multiple titles.
- Analyze app performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve ASO strategies continuously.
- Collaborate with the product team to align ASO efforts with overall business goals.
- Establish and optimize processes for the ASO team to ensure the highest performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ASO to ensure the app remains competitive in the marketplace.
- Manage ASO tools and platforms to streamline optimization processes and track key metrics effectively.
- Manage a team of ASO specialists.
Requirements
- At least 2 years proven experience in ASO
- At least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in ASO tools and platforms such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in ASO.
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve app performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to devise innovative ASO strategies.
