Role Overview:

As our Affiliate Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in building and scaling our affiliate program while working hand-in-hand with the Partner Marketing team. You’ll support both strategy and execution — from developing acquisition campaigns to managing performance data, troubleshooting platform issues, and strengthening relationships with partners.

This role sits at the heart of our Affiliate & Partner Marketing org, blending analytical skills with creativity and relationship management. If you love solving problems, moving fast, and finding smart ways to scale — this is your role.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, onboard, and retain high-quality affiliates
  • Research and identify new affiliate prospects to grow and diversify the program
  • Create and manage commission structures, trigger automations, and incentive frameworks
  • Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to find areas of opportunity

Program Support & Troubleshooting

  • Respond to and resolve affiliate issues, including payout discrepancies, platform errors, and fraud concerns
  • Troubleshoot platform or integration issues (PartnerStack or equivalent)
  • Partner with Product/Engineering when needed to resolve escalations quickly

Performance & Analytics

  • Track and analyze affiliate campaign performance (CTR, leads, CPL, conversion)
  • Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to the team
  • Contribute to reporting dashboards and monthly performance recaps

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Partner Marketing team on influencer alignment, ambassador campaigns, and co-branded efforts
  • Collaborate on activations, legal/business cases, and social support initiatives
  • Share learnings and insights across the Affiliate & Partner Marketing org to drive holistic growth

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Strong grasp of affiliate platforms (experience with PartnerStack a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal, in English
  • Data-savvy: comfortable analyzing performance metrics and turning data into strategy
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workflows
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or home services is a plus.

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $15,300-$18,000 USD Annually. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
