Role Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst, you have expertise in bringing data together and developing sharp insights to improve the operational and financial performance of the business. You are a strong written and verbal communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally with senior leadership, diverse stakeholders and teams. You are curious, analytically minded, and action oriented. You are responsible for instrumenting, measuring, and analyzing our user acquisition and engagement. You work with business leaders to help them see the business from every angle, and serve as a role model to junior team members.
Our goal as a team is to provide the tools and foundational elements to maximize the lifetime value of every Pro who engages with HCP. We make a difference by facilitating the business as we partner to attract, keep and grow with Pros along their customer journey. We do this by optimizing their interactions with our go-to-market engines, and our monetary value capture along the way via pricing and packaging. Our team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Our success is their success.
What you do each day:
- Become an expert in our products and services, and gain a deep understanding of our Pros and how our products and services enable their businesses
- Drive results by supporting business stakeholders in identifying and answering key questions through data-driven analysis
- Interpret data and findings and communicate these back to business stakeholders in written and visual format
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline; or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience with a BI tool (i.e. Tableau, Power BI or Looker (Tableau preferred))
- Proven success sourcing business questions from key internal stakeholders, refining, and answering comprehensively with data and analytics
- Deep understanding of SQL and transforming raw data into usable datasets for analytical purposes
What will help you succeed:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline; or equivalent work experience
- Deep understanding of SQL and transforming raw data into usable datasets for analytical purposes
- Expert-level Excel skills
- 3+ years experience with a BI tool (i.e. Tableau, Power BI or Looker (Tableau preferred))
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- Proven success sourcing business questions from key internal stakeholders, refining, and answering comprehensively with data and analytics

The compensation for this role is 12,000 pesos/week.
