We are a biotechnology research company, founded in 2019, focused on applying precision to psychedelic medicine for psychiatry. Our work covers drug development and operations, including:

• Strategic publication planning for clinical development.
• Statistical programming for clinical trials, regulatory filings, and commercialization, creating CDISC-compliant datasets.
• Designing and running Expanded Access Programs and Phase 4 clinical studies.
• Managing R&D and Commercial Veeva Vault systems, including configuration, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Procurement, covering enterprise-wide strategy, category management, and vendor selection for GxP and non-GxP spending, especially in late-stage development (CMC, CDMO, CRO, clinical supply).
• Developing and manufacturing solid oral drug products from discovery through commercialization.
• Leading strategic portfolio planning and program management for clinical and research initiatives from preclinical to late-stage development.
• Developing and executing state-level government affairs strategies for brain and behavioral health, including public policy advocacy and coalition-building.
