About Apogee Therapeutics
We are a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing biologics for immunological and inflammatory disorders. Our work focuses on conditions like atopic dermatitis (AD), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and eosinophilic esophagitis, among other inflammatory and immune (I&I) diseases.
Our pipeline includes novel antibody therapeutics. ZUMILOKIBART (APG777), which targets IL-13, is one of our key programs. It is currently in Phase 2 for Atopic Dermatitis, has completed Phase 1 for Asthma, and is in Phase 1 for Eosinophilic Esophagitis. Another program, APG279, targets IL-13 + OX40L and is in Phase 1 for Atopic Dermatitis. We were founded in 2022.
