What We Need

Yieldmo is seeking a strategic, operationally-minded marketing leader to join our team as Associate Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and optimization of Yieldmo’s integrated marketing efforts. This role is central to the success of our marketing team—overseeing marketing operations, content strategy, social media, website management, paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), and more.

You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to translate high-level priorities into actionable plans and processes, ensuring alignment across teams and channels. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, cross-functional coordination, operational rigor, and a passion for both creative excellence and performance.

What You Can Expect In This Role

  • Oversee/own core marketing functions including operations, content, social media, website, paid media, and ABM—ensuring consistency, alignment, and performance across each.

  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to shape and execute integrated marketing strategies that support business objectives and drive measurable results.

  • Lead the planning and orchestration of multi-channel campaigns, coordinating efforts across internal teams and external partners.

  • Own the marketing calendar, campaign planning process, and timeline management to ensure seamless execution and prioritization.

  • Serve as the central point of coordination for creative asset development, content repurposing, and cross-channel message alignment.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and operational metrics to guide strategic decision-making.

  • Champion a data-driven approach to marketing while maintaining a strong focus on brand consistency and creative quality.

  • Mentor and develop a small but mighty team, fostering a culture of strategic thinking, accountability, and operational excellence.

  • Oversee all tech platforms supporting marketing activity, including CRM (Hubspot), event management (Slack), digital communications platforms (SproutSocial), website technologies (Wordpress), and other related marketing technology

  • Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement across marketing programs and processes.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years experience in an Adtech Marketing Operations role
  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Marketing software (Hubspot, Sprout Social, Splash, Wordpress, etc.) or equivalent
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to build relationships and rapport within and across teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Hiring Process

Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to:

  • A 30 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager.
  • Candidates will be invited to join a remote on-site interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership.
  • Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $140,000-$160,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo’s total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
