We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate Manager to support the International Programs Division Director in a dynamic, global public health environment. This is a senior-level administrative/operational role that requires an understanding of global public health challenges and contexts, how to liaise with executive and senior staff within and external to MCD (e.g. donors and partner organizations), and a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and judgment. The role includes coordinating and managing meetings, coordinating international travel and expense reports, preparing and editing presentations, reports and papers, liaising with the internal finance/budget team, procurement, etc. You will serve as a key liaison between the Director and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow across the division. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and analytical capabilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Experience supporting senior leadership, advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and familiarity with international or cross-cultural work environments are highly valued. Spanish language skills are an advantage.
