Who we’re looking for

What you will do
- Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration
- Write and maintain a full unit test suite
- Help manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practices
- Write testable code with the help of modern tools
- Participate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architecture
- Participate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributions
- Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
- Participate in interview process to raise the technical bar and to bring new talent
What should my qualifications be?
- 4+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- At least Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and spoken)
Experienced backend development using following technologies:
Typescript
NodeJS
Rest API, GraphQL (Apollo Server, Apollo Federation)
Gitlab CI, Github Actions, Circle CI
PostgreSQL, MySQL
AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), RDS, Cognito, SES, SQS, SNS
Terraform
Docker and Micro-service architecture
React, React Native will be a plus
Comfort operating in a sometimes ambiguous, fast-changing environment with rapid iteration cycles
Track record of managing feature requests with realistic timelines
Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Experience working within and leading Agile teams
Comfortable writing supporting documentation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with minimum supervision
