Founded in 2012 by former founders and tech executives, we partner with and invest in Seed to Series C startups, helping them build and scale digital products. We act as a long-term extension of internal teams, using Agile development and measuring success by business outcomes, time to market, and ROI.

We also act as strategic investors, mainly for Seed to Series A businesses, through equity-for-service. We serve as technical collaborators for key decisions and use our network to make valuable introductions. Partners who have worked with us have raised over $1 billion, cut technology costs by 2.5 times, and had three successful exits. Our average partnership lasts over three years.

We have industry expertise in Health & Wellness (including HIPAA, FDA, HL7 Standards, Privacy & Security, EHP/EMR, Regulation Compliance, and Interoperability), Finance, Retail & Commerce, and Data & AI.

Our team has over 120 full-time members, and we operate remotely. We have a data-driven, technology-first culture that prioritizes agile development and collaboration. Our team members act as long-term extensions of our partners’ internal teams, contributing strategically as product management, CTO, and founding team extensions. We focus on balancing speed with quality, writing testable code, and maintaining documentation. Our engineers participate in design sessions and code reviews, aiming to build scalable, performant software with clean architecture.
