Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence development, with a strong focus on Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Proven experience with Tableau administration: user management, permissions, performance monitoring, and content organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work with REST APIs, including experience integrating custom APIs for data extraction and transformation.
- Strong knowledge and practical use of DBT for data modeling and transformation workflows.
- Proficiency in Databricks, Python, and SQL for building robust data pipelines and managing large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.
- Manage and administer the Tableau environment, including server performance, scheduling, data source refreshes, and user access controls.
- Develop scalable data pipelines using Databricks, SQL, Python, and Data Factory to support BI initiatives.
- Integrate and extract data from various systems via REST APIs, ensuring reliability and data quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver high-impact BI products.
- Implement and maintain data models that support efficient data analysis and visualization.
- Ensure best practices in data governance, including data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions and back-end processes.
