Renewal by Andersen’s Inside Sales Center is growing, and we are excited to announce we are searching for bilingual agents to join our multicultural team, where your bilingual skills can make a difference.

Renewal by Andersen is looking to hire agents that are fluent in English and Spanish to expand our impact and who possess the drive to succeed in a fast pace call center environment. As an Agent, you will make outbound calls, along with taking inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors.

A successful agent will be proficient in speaking with our homeowners, while entering information into the appointment setting tool.

Responsibilities

-Convert inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments, follow communication “scripts” when handling different customer enquiries

-Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

-Participate in team meetings, 1:1 meetings and ongoing training as assigned by a leader within the National Inside Sales Center

- Use your language skills to drive revenue and assist in building strong relationships with Renewal by Andersen homeowners

Qualifications

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

-High school diploma or equivalent

-One Year of customer service experience that requires the use of a software application to assist customers,

preferably in a call center environment

-Employees must have the ability to work assigned shifts

-Excellent data entry and typing skills; preferably must be able to type 35 wpm

-Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency

-Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills

-Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Pay:

-Guaranteed base pay of $16.00 per hour

-Uncapped performance-based incentive plan paid out monthly

After training, our Agents make on average $20/hr (base pay + incentives) with the potential to earn even more!

Andersen has set a 2025 profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
