CPT-8539 Credit Repair VA
REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Senior and Advanced
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 10 hours with the potential to increase
SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST
SHIFT HOURS/DAYS:
- During provisional period: (5 hours)
- Monday and Tuesday - 930AM to 230PM
- Once the VA graduates, they then spread out from Monday to Friday
Number of VAs: 1 for now
GENDER PREFERENCE: Female
LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English and Spanish
ACCENT PREFERENCE: neutral accent
REGION PREFERENCES: Latin America
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with credit repair processes, including reviewing credit reports and identifying disputable items.
- Draft and submit credit dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors on behalf of clients.
- Maintain organized records of all credit repair activities and follow-ups.
- Contact clients regularly via phone, email, or text to gather documentation, provide updates, and ensure timely responses.
- Handle professional business correspondence with clients and third parties.
- Accurately fill out and submit various forms and documents related to the credit repair process.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
- Occasionally assist with scheduling or creating light content for social media platforms (e.g., credit tips, testimonials, updates).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience or knowledge in credit repair services.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor when dealing with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is a plus.
