The global hiring revolution is shaping a future where talent can thrive everywhere, driving innovation and progress on a global scale.
Multiplier is at the forefront of this change. By removing barriers and simplifying global hiring, we’re creating a level playing field where businesses and individuals – (like you) – can compete, grow, and succeed, regardless of geography.
Multiplier empowers companies to hire, onboard, manage, and pay talent in 150+ countries, quickly and compliantly. Our mission is to build a world without limits, where ambitious businesses can look beyond borders to build their global dream teams. Our unified employment platform, complete with world-class EOR, AOR and Global Payroll products, means it has never been easier to seize the global hiring opportunity.
We’re backed by some of the best in the business, (Sequoia, DST, and Tiger Global), are led by industry-leading experts, scaling fast, and seeking brilliant like-minded enthusiasts to join our team. The future is borderless. Let’s build it together.
Key Responsibilities
- Own business operations effectiveness across post-sales functions including Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Onboarding.
- Drive visibility into how post-sales teams spend their time—identifying bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities to improve productivity without compromising quality.
- Analyze operational data (e.g., ticket resolution times, NPS impact, CSAT scores) and recommend actions to improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that highlight productivity, resourcing gaps, and process effectiveness.
- Act as the strategic right hand to business leaders—offering insights, framing problems with data, and influencing decisions across support and success functions.
- Partner cross-functionally with systems teams to streamline and scale business processes using tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, and spreadsheets.
- Proactively diagnose root causes for customer issues (e.g., churn) and map them back to upstream functions like Marketing or Product.
- Lead and deliver operational improvement initiatives across systems, workflows, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and present business reviews to leadership with clarity and data-backed recommendations.
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Business Operations roles, ideally within fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of driving strategic and operational improvements across cross-functional teams.
- Strong command over Salesforce (mandatory) and Zendesk (preferred); working knowledge of other tools like Tableau is a plus.
- Highly analytical and data-driven with proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or BI platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and high-growth environments, with a strong bias for action.
- Experience in post-sales business operations (Customer Success/Support/Finance) or strategic operations roles in SaaS businesses is a strong plus.
What We Offer:
- High-impact role with the chance to play a key role in a rapidly growing company.
- Full autonomy in your role, with the flexibility to work remotely.
- Work with a passionate, energetic, and diverse team.
- Competitive benefits, recognition programs, and career development opportunities.
- Attractive ESOPs, giving you a stake in the company’s success.
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage for you and your family’s well-being.
- Generous holiday policy.
- A company that genuinely invests in your professional success.
