- Create research frameworks

- Guide the team to ensure efficient execution of research tasks
- Provide data analysis and industry insights to support business decisions
- Communicate research findings effectively in internal meetings or presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Web3 project development
- Specialized report writing and project analysis experience
- Experience in a crypto investment institution or department
- Excellent English language skills, with overseas study and work experience
- Basic coding abilities (SQL/Python) and data analysis skills, with experience using Dune/Glassnode/Nansen etc. blockchain data tools
- Rich report writing experience and public speaking skills
