Chatterboxes, a team of experts and innovators within the pediatric speech-language pathology field, is seeking an exceptional new team member to join us in helping to improve the lives of children.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced part time virtual Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis. In this role, you will assume full ownership of our bookkeeping functions which are performed in Quickbooks Online.
Outcomes
- Categorize monthly expenses in QBO
- Close monthly and annual books on a cash basis
Responsibilities:
You will be the driving force behind our pursuit of financial visibility as you create the foundation for accuracy through timely bookkeeping services
Perform technical accounting tasks
Prepare monthly reports, quarterly and annual reporting
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred)
Expert in Quickbooks Online
Minimum of 10 years experience in bookkeeping.
Proven experience as a senior level bookkeeper, with a successful track record of providing accurate and timely services to clients.
Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in debits, credits, and journal entries
Ability to reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
High aptitude with Computers and technology
Deadline oriented, with an ability to work independently and in entrepreneurial manner.
