Job description
We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Bookkeeper to support a new client with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, and Zoho CRM, and will be skilled in conducting research to identify potential lending companies and hedge funds.
Job Responsibilities
Financial Management:
- Oversee and manage financial operations using Zoho Books and QuickBooks Online.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Generate, reconcile, and present comprehensive financial reports.
CRM Management:
- Maintain and update client information in Zoho CRM.
- Monitor client interactions and produce insightful reports.
- Utilize CRM data to enhance client relationship management.
Research:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential lending companies and hedge funds.
Compile, analyze, and present research findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Stay informed about industry trends and investment opportunities.
Proven experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, and Zoho CRM.
Strong research skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
System Requirements
At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
