Primary Responsibilities:

- Assess the current state of IAM environments and systems by facilitating and participating in interviews with key stakeholders and document review.

- Facilitate meetings with technical and business stakeholders to elicit business and functional requirements and conduct business process analysis.

- Plan, coordinate, and conduct the analysis of client business processes and functional requirements and the preparation of appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information.

- Review and analyze client and system data to evaluate the strength and usefulness of the data and aide in the design/implementation of IAM systems.

- Draft and review use case, process workflows, analysis reports, requirements documents, and other documentation.

- Work with IAM architects and engineers to assist with creation of design documentation.

- Develop test plans and test cases for IAM solutions.

- Perform document reviews for compliance with standardizes templates as well as checking for spelling, grammar, tone, and consistency.

General Business Responsibilities:

- Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks

- Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

- Experience working in a team setting and multi-task environment

- Author technical documentation

- Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements & Qualifications

  • Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or an IT-related field or equivalent experience

  • PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, CCBA a plus

  • Experience

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following IAM components:

  • Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, SSO/Federation, Privileged Access Management, Enterprise Directories

  • Knowledge of the nine project management knowledge areas:

  • Cost Management, Time/Schedule Management, Scope Management, Risk Management, Human Resource Management, Integration Management, Procurement Management, Communications Management, Quality Management

  • 2+ years of experience in supporting IT, preferably in operations or business analysis

  • 2+ years of experience in information technology in an area related to customer service, customer liaison, customer relationship management or vendor management.

  • 2+ years of experience with requirements gathering and business process documentation

  • 2+ years of experience with IAM administration/implementation experience

  • Knowledge Requirements

  • Advanced working knowledge of project management software (MSFT Project, Trello, Jira, HP PPM, CA Clarity)

  • Understanding of Gantt charting, critical path methods, and project scheduling

  • Advanced working knowledge of Office products including: Work, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio)

  • Travel 0 up to 10%

  • Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to continually sit at a desk in front of a computer and in meetings

  • Position requires infrequent travel commercially by airplane or car

  • Periodic travel to an office building/client location required

  • Must be able to lift 5-10 lbs. as part of travel or normal job duties

  • Use of a keyboard/mouse and communicate via telephone and/or video teleconference is required.
