What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience working as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments, preferably in product or platform development.
- Proven track record in translating abstract business and technical needs into clear, structured user stories and solution definitions.
- Strong background in QA or application quality assurance, with hands-on experience in designing and executing test cases when needed.
- Ability to challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and proactively lead the discovery process, not just document requirements.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, clarify objectives, and reduce ambiguity in fast-paced projects.
- Experience working closely with engineering, QA, and product teams, maintaining ownership of backlog refinement, scope definition, and testing support.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and backlog tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to identify patterns, detect root causes, and propose practical, value-driven solutions.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, changing contexts, taking full ownership of workstreams and driving delivery forward.
- Experience with API-based or data-centric products is a strong plus.
- Advanced English level
