Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team in a remote capacity. Based in Colombia, this role offers the opportunity to work with a global client base while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities using CRM software
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences (virtual or in-person)
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles
  • Experience working in remote environments with demonstrated ability to self-motivate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships virtually
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Advanced presentation and public speaking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of target markets and industries
  • Understanding of modern sales processes and methodologies
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
