About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Lead to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping our staking business. As an individual contributor, you’ll work directly with our founders to drive strategic market development, identify industry opportunities, and build strong relationships with various chain foundations.
Who You Are
You have 4+ years of experience in Business Development or a similar role.
You bring strong experience or knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem.
You actively contribute to the growth of the company.
You are a strong networker, skilled at building and maintaining relationships with key players in the industry.
You have a solid network of contacts within various chain foundations.
You have a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
You are proficient in advanced English.
