To meet the upcoming and new market demands, we are growing our CPM organization. Our Capital Sales team is looking at expanding our geographical footprint. For this reason, we are looking for a Business Development Manager for all markets (animal feed, oilseed and alternative fuels).

CPM develops, produces, and sells both systems and individual production units. CPM is a highly successful organization in a niche market. The extensive range of machinery including grinding systems, conditioning systems and pellet mills are used for processing bulk materials in the biomass industry, the production of animal feed, alternative fuels and oilseed - all global industries that are growing strongly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint in new geographical territories within our existing market [Capital and After Market]. You will drive regional growth by identifying high-potential partners and customers, developing entry strategies, and executing commercial plans aligned with business goals. This is a strategic, outward-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen and deep market insight.

  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in new geographic regions within Central Asia accross animal feed, alternative fuels, and oilseed sectors
  • Develop and implement regional market entry strategies, including partner selection, go-to-market models, and pricing frameworks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, customers, and regulatory stakeholders in target regions
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to adapt value propositions to local needs and regulatory environments
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing, in coordination with regional support teams
  • Deliver market intelligence, including competitor landscape, customer insights, and trends to inform business strategy
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to build regional presence
  • Track KPIs and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and regional performance

After-Market Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement after-market strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for after-market sales, including spare parts, maintenance services, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the customer service and technical support teams to ensure seamless after-market service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze after-market performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their after-market needs and provide tailored solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in international B2B business development or regional sales, preferably in one or more of the target industries
  • Experience with in one of the market segments
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in global agricultural or energy sectors
  • Native in Russian and fluent in English.
  • Based in Central Asia.
  • Proven success in regional expansion or market penetration initiatives
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently [>50%]
