Nagarro’s global SAP business unit is a leading IT full-service provider for critical business applications and complex ERP landscapes in digital transformation. We advise our customers on IT strategy and processes, implement and operate systems including the associated support and maintenance. Job Description
The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.
Monitor and ensure compliance with both cross-client and client-specific security requirements in close collaboration with internal and external security consultants
Advise clients on the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of their individual information security policies
Perform risk management in line with company-wide and client-specific security standards
Conduct regular audits and review the implementation of security requirements at the client site
Establish and maintain a sustainable security culture within client organizations
Train, coach, and support employees in understanding and implementing security policies
Qualifications
Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience and at least 7 years of experience in the IT sector, with a minimum of 5 years in IT security
Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27000 standards – certification preferred
Experience with data center operations and/or hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
Deep understanding of IT architectures, business processes, and IT service management (e.g., ITIL, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701)
Strong analytical skills, a high degree of initiative and responsibility, customer orientation, and openness to new technologies and change
Fluent in German (spoken and written) as well as good English skills
Willingness to travel within Germany
