Must-have Skills / Qualification:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in business development.
- Background in working with finance-related companies.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition within the Philippine market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with any CRM software.
Advantageous:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Established network within the Forex industry is a strong advantage.
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Forex market.
- Solid understanding of Forex trading, financial markets, and investment strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Forex trading platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Forex industry.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
