Job Title: Business Development Representative (BizDev)

Location: Remote

Work Shift: TBD

Working Hours: 20 hours per week (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Research and identify ideal prospects based on our target market.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Manage and track outreach efforts using CRM and sales engagement tools.

Cold Emailing & LinkedIn Outreach

  • Write and send compelling cold emails to generate responses.
  • Personalize outreach messages based on different prospect segments.
  • Utilize automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Woodpecker) to scale and optimize outreach.
  • Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and messaging to engage potential leads.

Lead Qualification & Follow-Ups

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest.
  • Ask the right questions to qualify prospects before handing them off to the sales team.
  • Follow up on initial outreach to drive engagement and increase conversion rates.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on messaging and strategy.

  • Track performance metrics (e.g., email response rates, booked meetings).

  • Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness.

  • 1-3 years of experience in BizDev or outbound sales roles.

  • Proven track record of successful cold outreach and lead generation.

  • Experience with email outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Woodpecker).

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Ability to personalize messages and think creatively to improve response rates.
