The platform also supports remote voting.

Our solution simplifies compliance management (e.g., GDPR, FINMA) and holds ISO 27001 and ISAE 3000 certifications. Data security includes end-to-end encryption, audit-proof archiving, remote wiping, granular access control, SCIM provisioning, and SAML-based SSO. Our data is unaffected by the US Cloud Act. We integrate with Microsoft Office 365, calendar apps (e.g., Outlook 365, Google), and video conferencing solutions (e.g., Teams, Webex, Zoom, GoToMeeting). Other integrations include SSO/SAML2, user provisioning, IFTT, Box, Auth0, customizable API, and Mobile Device Control.

We serve boards and executives at large and midsize companies, offering plans for individual boards or large enterprises, including those in regulated industries like banking, insurance, and healthcare. Our enterprise plan offers unlimited meeting rooms, 24/7/365 support, conditional access, and features such as preventing copy/paste from PDFs and always visible watermarks. We’ve facilitated 147,088 meetings for over 20,000 professionals and maintain a 97.5% customer retention rate.
