We are seeking a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our client’s outreach efforts to small medical offices and registered investment advisors (RIAs). This is a high-impact role focused on appointment setting through outbound cold calling. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a polished and professional phone presence, thrives on connecting with people, and is energized by outreach activities.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound cold calls to small medical practices and RIAs with the goal of setting up promotional, low/no-cost service appointments.
- Appointment Setting: Generate interest and schedule calls or meetings for the client’s team.
- CRM Management: Track outreach activities, update contact information, and log appointments using Zoho CRM.
- Professional Communication: Maintain a polished and courteous tone on all calls and written correspondence.
- Social Media Campaigns: If skilled, manage or contribute to social media outreach and campaigns for lead generation.

- Experience with CRM tools, ideally Zoho (preferred but not required).
- Comfortable working CST hours.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
- Experience with outreach in healthcare or financial services sectors.
- Social media outreach experience (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
Tools:
Zoho CRM and suite, phone calling platforms, internal communication tools, and social media platforms (if applicable).

- Video Interview: A more in-depth conversation about your skills, approach to patient coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
