About Pavago:
Pavago is seeking a results-driven BDR to join our client’s team and lead outbound initiatives for their growing software development practice. This role involves generating leads, prospecting potential clients, engaging in consultative sales conversations, and communicating the value of the services in software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, research, and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Client Qualification: Engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs, timelines, and fit for our services.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings and demos to communicate the value proposition.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records in the CRM to track lead status, calls, and follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, marketing, and technical teams to align outreach with current offerings and capabilities.
- Closing & Handoffs: Help move leads through the funnel toward closing or smoothly hand off qualified leads to senior sales or technical leads.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about trends in software development, AI/LLMs, Flutter, cross-platform tools, and cloud technologies to speak knowledgeably to prospects.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 4–5 years in a BDR role, preferably in SaaS, software development, or tech services. Proven track record of lead generation and closing or advancing complex sales cycles.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication. Able to present and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences in a compelling way.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Agile SDLC, software development workflows, and technologies like mobile apps, cloud, Flutter, AI/LLM at a business level.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM and lead generation tools.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Start your day by reviewing your pipeline and prepping for scheduled calls. Begin outreach to new prospects through cold emails and follow-up calls. Host discovery calls and demos with interested leads, align their needs with our technical capabilities, and document insights in the CRM. Collaborate with the sales and tech teams to tailor pitches or proposals. Throughout the day, you’ll use tools like Slack and Google Meet to stay in sync with the team, and wrap up by updating your activity logs and planning for next day’s follow-ups.
