Earnings:
You’ll earn $5 USD/hour ($800 USD/month PLUS unlimited commissions for full-time work).
- BDRs who consistently work full-time hours and submit quality leads typically earn well over $1,000 USD per month with commissions.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales operation. Your role is to connect with potential customers and qualify leads for our Inside Sales team. You will:
- Make outbound calls using our power dialer.
- Understand customer needs and determine fit.
- Transfer qualified leads to closers and document interactions in our CRM.
- Work with your team to refine call scripts and improve strategy.
- Attend daily meetings and participate in ongoing sales training.

What You Need to Join the Team
Strong English proficiency (C1 or C2 level).
High-speed internet and a quiet work environment.
Full-time availability (40–50 hours per week).
A great attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Sales or call experience is helpful, but not required — we train from the ground up.
Avg. monthly earnings: $1,200+ for BDRs, $1,700+ for Inside Sales Reps
