Our client is a well-established Australian organisation in the education and creative industries.
With a progressive and dynamic work environment, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Executive Support to support their CEO and Executive Leadership Team in delivering critical business initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Providing top-level executive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
Managing complex calendars, travel, and high-level correspondence
Preparing board packs, reports, presentations, and briefing documents
Coordinating executive events, board meetings, and stakeholder engagements
Acting as a key liaison between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders
Supporting HR initiatives, onboarding, team engagement and culture activities
Troubleshooting and managing urgent issues with calm professionalism
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or high-level administrator (Board exposure a must)
Exceptional organisation, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and collaboration tools
Strong PowerPoint and presentation creation skills
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Confident in liaising with senior stakeholders, including board members and external partners
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Notion is a plus
