Our client is a fast-growing Australian digital marketing agency specialising in eCommerce SEO and paid advertising for established online retailers.
They are now looking to onboard a Paid Ads Associate to support their performance marketing team as they expand their client base.
Job Responsibilities:
Set up, review, and optimise Google Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns
Troubleshoot and maintain Google Merchant Centre (GMC) accounts
Navigate and resolve issues within Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Monitor performance and make data-driven recommendations
Follow campaign instructions from the Paid Media Manager
Participate in ongoing training and performance feedback
Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Familiar with Google Shopping, Search, PMAX, GMC, and GA4
Highly detail-oriented and organised
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Previous experience supporting agencies or freelancers running multiple ad accounts is a plus
Open to learning and accepting feedback via video, calls, and asynchronous coaching
