Job Description:
The C# .Net Developer (EAS LCS) client is a junior specialist level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in a specific technology. This is technical and analytical work in designing, developing, implementing and supporting AASHTO Ware Project (AWP) for the client. This role works with business analysts and other technical staff to deliver required functionality for AWP Preconstruction and CRL modules to the client business customers in an agile environment. It is expected that this position will be needed for the next year or two. This is technical work with AWP and includes a wide range of activities related to implementation and support including system administration, report writing, automated testing, configuration and interface development. This individual will work directly for the client Letting and Compliance Systems (LCS) manager.
- Experience using LAMDA for web application development.
- Experience applying SOLID principals to software development, and ability to clearly explain when and how to use these principals
- Experience creating test scripts used when developing software to validate quality
- Ability to create or modify custom reports using AWP’s Active Reports tool (based on Grape City Tool)
- Ability to work well in a Agile SCRUM team, decompose development work into backlog items that can be reliably estimated (1-2 weeks of work)
