Responsibilities
- Manage dedicated client deposit methods, such as physical check deposits
- Monitor and resolve client deposit exceptions
- Interface with the bank to ensure proper processing of client deposits
- Resolve transaction discrepancies between the firm’s internal system and the bank statement
- Work with compliance, risk, client service and other internal groups to resolve client issues related to deposits and withdrawals
- Implement process and system improvements as needed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in a similar position would be a plus
