Channel Account Manager (CAM)

As a CAM, you’ll advocate for our partners and guide them in solving real-world business problems using cloud technology. You’re not just making sales—you’re building long-term confidence, empowering MSPs to trust you as their go-to cloud advisor.

🌟 Your Day-to-Day
Own your pipeline from prospecting to close using Pax8’s proven 30/60/90-day methodology.
Partner with MSPs to understand their business goals and guide them toward cloud solutions in Continuity, Productivity, Security, and Infrastructure.
Run product demos that make cloud concepts click and inspire confidence in the value of the solution.
Collaborate with fellow CAMs— elevating others by sharing knowledge, mentoring new team members, and celebrating big (and small) wins.
Stay curious: stay ahead of industry trends and updates from our 140+ vendor partners.
🧠 You’ll Thrive Here If You:
Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, especially in cloud, SaaS, or channel sales.
Are naturally curious and coachable, with a passion for continuous learning.
Are energized by building genuine relationships, not just chasing quotas.
Love a fast-paced environment where you get to think strategically and act decisively.
Are fearless on the phone—cold calls, discovery calls, or celebrating a close.
🪜 What Success Looks Like:
Within 30 Days:
You’ll understand the Pax8 sales motion, meet your partner base, and start building momentum.
Within 60 Days:
You’ll be actively closing deals, delivering confident demos, and celebrating your first partner wins.
Within 90 Days:
You’re driving consistent revenue, influencing CX moments that delight partners, and are seen as a go-to resource.
After 12 Months:
You’re a strategic partner-builder, mentor to new CAMs, and someone others turn to for insight, inspiration, and execution.
🎓 What You Bring to the Table:
B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience
Solid grasp of technology solutions or eagerness to learn them
Track record of quota achievement in sales
High EQ: You build trust through communication, reliability, and integrity
💸 Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary: $68,250
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $105,000
