Our architecture team leads the technical vision and strategy for the organization’s most complex projects, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs. Collaborating closely with leadership and engineering, they set architectural standards, evaluate new technologies, and mentor teams on best practices. With deep expertise and a passion for innovation, the team drives system performance and ensures the long-term sustainability of our technology platforms.
In this role you will lead the architectural vision, strategy, and execution for our organization’s most complex and mission-critical projects. As the Chief Architect, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the overall architectural integrity of our systems, ensuring that all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Your role will involve setting architectural standards, evaluating emerging technologies, and mentoring technical teams to ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in system architecture, a deep understanding of modern technology stacks, and a proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our technology platforms. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for building high-quality, future-proof systems. What You Will Do:
- Define and maintain the overall architectural vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Lead the design and review of complex systems and solutions.
- Establish architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural decisions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Oversee the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical oversight.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in system design.
- Communicate architectural concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop team goals, manage performance, and support professional growth through coaching and feedback.
- Participate in recruitment, and talent development for the architecture function.
What You’ll Be Bringing :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software or systems architecture.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
- Expertise in modern technology stacks and architectural patterns.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven leadership and people management experience at a senior level.
